The project involved renovation of a 12,000 GSF Medical/Surgical Patient Care Unit located on the 11th floor of the Tower Building. Key features include a Reception area and a Family Room with a refreshment station for visiting family members. The Unit consists of Consult/Exam Room, Single and Double-Occupancy Patient Rooms with private toilets, some with showers. A dedicated Airborne Infection Isolation Room with an Ante Room is provided. A Patient bathing facility is conveniently located near the central Nurses Station and staff support areas.

The design focuses on patient comfort, using muted warm grays, light wood-look laminates, and wainscot height compact laminate wall cladding to create a soothing environment.

The Elevator Lobby features Corian solid surfacing panels and a light blonde wood ceiling with sleek round disk light fixtures, leading visitors to the Reception area and then into the Patient area.
