The project consists of outfitting a shell space of approximately 9,950 sf, located on the 2nd Floor of a new luxurious Office Building as part of the Corporate Commons Three in Staten Island, to accommodate an Infusion and Cancer Center which includes an Examination/Consultation area containing 10 Exam Rooms and 15 Patient Infusion Bays with a dedicated USP 797/800 Pharmacy as well a Lab functions.

Reception/Registration and Waiting room along with the support spaces including staff lounge, etc. as required for an outpatient facility are provided to support the operation.

The space is flooded with natural light from the continuous floor to ceiling curtain wall windows and provides views of nature and campus landscape.

The infusion bays are designed with patient comfort in mind, hues of muted warm grays and light rich wood-look plastic laminate.

The completed space is welcoming and cheerful, and has been well received with great excitement and satisfaction from the patients the providers alike.
